Are your items Authentic and brand new?
Shop confidently knowing every item is 100% Authentic & brand new in the original packaging guaranteed. Each pair is thoroughly inspected by us at our HQ for your assurance.
Does Drop Kickss have a physical store?
As of now, we are only online.
What is a Pre-Order?
When available, you can reserve and secure the item before the release date. However, the item will only be shipped when we receive the item.
What type of payment methods does Drop Kickss accept?
We accept all major Credit/Debit Cards, PayPal, Apple Pay & Google Pay.
When will I get my order?
Orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail (5-10 business days). Please allow this time frame for proper inspection and validity. We only ship within the United States. Shipping will be calculated at checkout. We do not ship to international addresses or to post office boxes (P.O. Box).
We do not offer Next Day or Second Day shipping. We also do not offer pick-up in-store or return in-store.
Once an order has been placed and shipped, you will receive a shipping and tracking email. If you are purchasing multiple items, please note that your order may arrive in multiple shipments.
When will my order ship and when will I receive tracking info?
Once your order has shipped, tracking info will be automatically sent via text (if accepted text notifications) and/or email associated with your order. For more info on shipping, check out our shipping policy.
Why didn't my order process successfully?
There can be a few reasons as to why an order didn't process successfully, which can include any of the following scenarios:
- Entering the incorrect billing address.
- Entering the incorrect payment information.
- Your bank blocking the transaction.
Can I Cancel my order?
No, all orders are FINAL.
We will ONLY offer a refund/cancellation to the original payment method in the following scenarios:
*Refunds & Cancellations on Items*
- Item or size purchased is no longer in-stock after order processed.
- Pricing error on our end.
*Refunds & Cancellations on Pre-orders*
- Release is completely cancelled by the retailer, NOT if the release date is pushed back/up.
- Release is exclusive to a specific retailer.
- Unforeseen inventory issue or delay on our end.
- Pricing error on our end.
How can I get my order featured on the Instagram Review page?
If you would like to have your order featured on our Instagram, post a picture of your purchase & tag #DropKickss or Direct Message the picture to us.
