Does Drop Kickss sell fakes, factory variants?

Does Drop Kickss have a physical store?

As of now we do not have a physical store.

 

What type of payment methods does Drop Kickss accept?
We accept all major Credit/Debit Cards, PayPal, Apple Pay & Google Pay.

 

Which shipping service does Drop Kickss use?

Orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail (7-14 business days). We only ship within the United States.

 

When will my order ship and when will I receive tracking info?

Pre-orders ship within the time frame stated in the product description. If a pre-order's official release date is pushed back/up, the product's shipping time frame will also be adjusted. Once your order has shipped, tracking info will be automatically sent via text (if accepted text notifications) and/or email associated with your order. What is a PRE-ORDER?
A Pre-Order allows you to lock in an upcoming item before the official release date with the understanding that it will ship within the time frame stated in the product description.

 

Are PRE-ORDERS Guaranteed?
Yes, All Pre-Orders are Guaranteed.
*Pre-orders AREN'T guaranteed ONLY in the following scenarios:*

  1. Release is completely cancelled, NOT if the release date is pushed        back/up.
  2. Release is exclusive to a specific retailer.
  3. Unforeseen inventory issue or delay on our end.
  4. Pricing error on our end.

 

What if my PRE-ORDER Completely Cancelled & No longer releasing?
If the release is completely cancelled by a retailer, we will issue a full refund to the original payment method. This DOES NOT apply if the release date is changed.


Why didn't my order process successfully?
There can be a few reasons as to why an order didn't process successfully, which can include any of the following scenarios:

  1. Entering the incorrect billing address.
  2. Entering the incorrect payment information.
  3. Your bank blocking the transaction.

 

Can I Cancel my order?
No, all orders are FINAL.
We will ONLY offer a refund/cancellation to the original payment method in the following scenarios:

*Refunds & Cancellations on Items*
  1. Item or size purchased is no longer in-stock after order processed.
  2. Pricing error on our end.

*Refunds & Cancellations on Pre-orders*

  1. Release is completely cancelled by the retailer, NOT if the release date is pushed back/up.
  2. Release is exclusive to a specific retailer.
  3. Unforeseen inventory issue or delay on our end.
  4. Pricing error on our end.
